Buyer pays for the service/product to PayApi Escrow account.
Second step
The service/product is delivered by the seller or the milestone is achieved, while the funds are stored securely in the escrow account.
Third step
Funds are released when defined milestones have been reached. In bigger projects, funds are released in multiple steps to minimize the buyer risks.
