Welcome to our support page. The PayApi Escrow is in self-support mode and therefore we have collected some the most frequently asked questions below that should answer the most of the relevant questions.

We mainly provide FREE service, PAE wallet, and therefore we cannot provide support for such service. A premium support model may be introduced later.

We continue to work fixing bugs and developing based on our business requirements, but please bear in mind that no prioritization for any questions, customer errors, feature requests, etc. can be provided at this moment!

Frequently Asked Questions

PayApi Escrow is a financial technology company, registered in Estonia. The company provides auditing services, digital asset escrow services, and a free coin wallet system.

PAE Wallet is a light-weight wallet system that allows you to store your cryptocurrencies in a safe and convenient way. The main currency is called Sapphire Coin (SPH), but the system also supports some other currencies depending on the partner case needs.

PAE Wallet supports direct integration to some games via dedicated Game API. You can read more information about it here. An example of this integration is ClickJackpot.

In order to register new wallet account, please proceed to address: https://wallet.payapiescrow.com/register.

Just register with your emaill address, define password, and accept Terms and Conditions. Once you have account created, you will receive a welcome email and can login into your account. You will need to verify your email. In addition, the user verification progress continues with mobile phone verification as well as full KYC and ID verification process.

Transfer, Withdraw, Deposit buttons can be found in your Wallet account:

Login to your PAE wallet account >>> Navigate from Dashboard to "Debit wallet" (click on it) >>>
Buttons are located on top of your selected wallet transfer list ( " Transfer" , " Deposit" , " Withdraw").

Please notice, that buttons may be disabled.

Typically this means that you have not verified your mobile phone number or there is temporary system level suspension in place, e.g. due to system upgrade or security inspection. In the latter case, just wait and wait and then try again.

For some users, deposits/withdrawals may be disabled from time-to-time, automatically, and then re-enabled without any notice. This is for the security reasons.

Crypto Shop is new service offered via the Wallet platform. It offers an extra service to purchase with Guaranteed sell-back price, which is provided only for PayApi Escrow Wallet users. Buy selected tokens with Guaranteed sell-back price for up to 90 days.

In order to buy tokens with guaranteed sell back price, please follow those steps:

1. Login to your PAE Wallet account
2. Navigate to Crypto Shop section (Dashboard view)
3. Click on Crypto Shop section button “GO”
4. Proceed from My purchases view by clicking “Buy coins” button
5. Select desired coin from the drop-down list
6. Select one of the guaranteed sell-back price options ("Not guaranteed", "30 day’s guaranteed" or "90 day’s guaranteed")
7. Double check all the form fields are fulfilled correctly.
8. Accept Terms and Conditions
9. Click “Next” button
10. Proceed to payment and follow the given steps

If you are working with us in an active project, please contact us via nominated project manager and/or contact person.

If you need support for our free PAE Wallet service, we are not providing any active support for that. We will, however, sometimes process support tickets and may respond to your issue but at the moment we cannot allocate support engineer nor cover the related costs.
